Our whiskies are the centerpiece of our bar. Our list is comprised of over 175 different scotch, bourbon, rye and Irish whiskey selections.
Many of our whiskies are very rare or limited edition and we are constantly looking for new exciting vintages and unique bottlings. We strive to bring you the best selection available in British Columbia as well as an explanation behind why we have chosen these products. Each bottle on our shelf has a unique story behind it and many are fascinating tales of bankruptcy, destroyed distilleries and perseverance against long odds.
Whether your chosen dram is peated from Islay, a spicy Speyside, a grassy Highland or even a fiery bourbon, all whiskey drinkers share a common bond. A belief that their chosen brand is the most diverse and exciting spirit in the world. We share that exact sentiment and hope to encourage others to follow this example.
