The Raw Bar

The realm of revered cut-master Yoshi Tabo, our Raw Bar is an arc of ring-side seats to the flashing knives of skilled sushi chefs, as they construct colourful and innovative contemporary Japanese dishes. Nigiri, sushi rolls and sashimi feature pristine local ingredients such as Dungeness crab and wild sockeye salmon presented with Blue Water Cafe's signature soya-seaweed dipping sauce.
